In their early days The Beloved were maybe even better than their later and more popular productions.This video is proof enough for that.A classic song by any means.Like the bastard child of Cabaret Voltaire and Curiosity Killed The Cat this song blends industrial warfare with the esthetics of pop in way that makes most ''dance '' oriented'' acts jumped out of the baggy scene some years late sound at least naive.My fave is this album version which much rawer and tight than the 12'' version.Long Live John Marsh.
